* close

* connection is working

* formatting

* adds all

* formatting

* removed unneeded logging

* readd npm shrinkwrap

* addressed comments

* fix capabilities cacheing

* updated shrinkwrap

* fixed tests

* remove dead code

* vbump sqltools
