* Initial connection string changes

* Add Get Connection String methods

* Add IncludePassword parameter

* Update Data Protocol and Tools Service versions

* Update dataprotocol to 0.2.2

* Try to update the dataprotocol component again

* Fix a few bugs related to getting the current editor connection uri
