Add 'hidden' optional property to DeclarativeTableColumn (#16386)

* add setHideColumns to DeclarativeTableComponent

* fixing tests using declarative table

* replace setHiddenColumns on DeclarativeTableComponent with 'hidden' optional property on DeclarativeTableColumn

* remove unnecessary changes
