Adding Azure AD tenant dropdown in migration wizard (#14637)

* Added dropdown to select azure tenant in accounts page

* Added dropdown label for tenant dropdown

* Moving deepcopy to  utils
Exporting tenant type from azurecore

* Removing unnecessary stylings

* removing unnecessary async
