* refactored job actions to wait for job objects to load

* sorted the jobs in descending order

* decreased steps table height in jobs dialog

* cannot open multiple instances of dialogs now

* fixed edit job not show up some times when re opening history page

* fix broken icon

* fix a bunch of stuff and refactored code

* added isopen prop to dialog
