* Invoke-SqlCmd handles ":!!if" in inconsistent way (PS5 vs PS6)

Fix: Set wordBounday to false for "!!" in Lexer.cs

* Issue : Invoke-SqlCmd handles ":!!if" in inconsistent way (PS5 vs PS6)
