Move Integration Tests to dedicated project (#201)

Browse Source 
Add IntegrationTests project. Move all tests ifdef'd with LIVE_CONNECTION_TESTS to IntegrationTests project. Delete files that have no remaining code. Update codecoverage.bat to run integration tests
