d3ffabd76b Adds new gitlens.showQuickFileHistory command 
Adds new gitlens.showQuickRepoHistory command
Adds gitlens.showQuickFileHistory option to the settings
Removes git.viewFileHistory option
Changes the gitlens.statusBar.command settings default to gitlens.showQuickFileHistory
