Feature/autocomp options (#63)

* Enable IntelliSense settings

* Fix up some bugs in the IntelliSense settings.

* Code cleans for PR

* Fix a couple exceptions that are breaks query execute and intellisense.

* Add useLowerCase flag and settings tests
