* Rolling back to preview2-003156

preview2-1-003177 has a bug where discovery of tests fails with null
exception
preview2-003156 is the latest SDK version on
https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/core (which surprisingly differs
from the version on the front page of .NET Core page)
